Obtain exons for plotting

Obtain exon annotations from a ensDb object and format for plotDMRs()

Usage

getExons(TxDb = TxDb)

Arguments

TxDb

A ensDb object

Value

A GRanges object of annotated exons for every gene with a symbol in the genome.
